If I were still a PS3 player I would've left this thread in anger. (or started crying..) BUT now that I'm not.
LET'S PARTY!!

I do hope we get a wider field of view. I find the big bosses I can only see about 3/4 of, and can never get a view of the entire arena at once. Would be very nice to be able to see everything.
If context and feelings matter that much. The internet is not the place to find it.
At least from me, you will not see dishonesty or lack of integrity. Not even a white lie to make people feel better. Only truth, for better or for worse. Because in the end, truth and fact is all that matters. I gave solutions, they weren't liked, but that doesn't make them less viable. Sure they might be unattainable but that is out of no fault of the suggestion, but the user's priorities which I also stated.
To be cruel would have involved a personal attack. Which I have not done. But at the same time I'm not here to be kind, I'm here to discuss and/or debate. I'll be kind in game. But we're not in game.
Perhaps that's your experience of the Internet, but it isn't mine. I feel sorry for you if all you're getting out of this global network of people with whom to share ideas is a battleground for making rude remarks and one-upping strangers.
Here are some everyday examples of how being 'truthful' can also just be a nice way to dress up bullying and needless cruelty.
"You know, your mother never wanted you."
"The reason they make fun of you is that nobody likes you."
"Short guys are ugly."
"If you're poor, it's your own fault for not working harder."
You can argue that those people are simply showing integrity, but that's really not how it comes across. It's spite.
(Incidentally, from my point of view I'm being honest too. Funny, that. It's almost as though we're different people with different life experiences!)
At the end of the day, it's clear that you're not going to change your mind. But you're certainly not going to change mine, so I would recommend stepping away and moving on to a more suitable thread. There are plenty of threads specifically aimed at PC enthusiasts which might be a better fit for your preferred 'solutions'.

There is something called tact and empathy neither of which prevent someone from telling the truth. Something many of my countrymen seem to have forgotten. The real uses for bluntness are few and in-between.Not even a white lie to make people feel better. Only truth, for better or for worse. Because in the end, truth and fact is all that matters. She didn't say that...
What she's saying is that people who couldn't afford getting an upgrade should not be prioritizing games when there are other much productive things to do, don't add any more misunderstandings to already volatile issue.
"people in poor countries should stop playing video games until they personally fix their domestic economy"
Ah yes, so much better.
The funny thing about this thread is you can tell who has been spoon fed everything through their lives and have never held a minimum wage job.
Still not what she's saying... "Prioritizing" is not the same as "Stopping".
I'm not agreeing with her on her stand on the current issue, I just don't want any wrong interpretation of her words, just like what your doing right now.
