its not a question of the norm, you sacrifice VIT how is part of you ap, and i dont want to think where you put those piety materias for how many? 100-200 extra mp? is complety a waste of dps, agro and self heal capacities, reconsider inmidetly what you done because that glorious feeling represent the most poor form to manage ou stats as a DRK, and no DRK never run out MP, he management of the mp whatever you do its a question of know you skills.

You could push to 396 with full crafted gear if you wanted. Maybe even 404. Still have fun with it. I wouldn't worry about the naysayers. Play for fun.
