Piety based dark knight

Couple of days ago i was think about how DRK`S use alot of mp. So I put peity in my gear and changed my stat points to piety. i have my MP upwards of 8k and trying to push it over 8k. I haven`t ran out of mp yet with trying this. I can say it does work for me and allows me to get out more dps are a tank. haven`t no problem with healers keeping me alive. So what does the community think about this way of tank for Dark Knight`s.

Stop. Piety does literally nothing for DRK and you've wasted a ton of stats and meld slots. You gain almost no MP from adding PIE and the extra MP regen is made completely irrelevant from the huge chunks Blood Weapon, Blood Price and Syphon Strike give.

But like why though? if you need MP there's plenty of options to recover it without needing to meld a bunch of piety. there's syphon strike, blood weapon, blood price, sole survivor, and carve & spit.

Sorry to say, but thinking outside the box when it comes to stats with this game is futile.

Go for crit and determination if possible, higher damage. Plus like the others have said, Drk has ways to recover mp quite easily, especially when surrounded by mobs.

Did Pie build once to see if I could get to 8k MP for another DA. Got close but ultimately not worth the investment. Shame too that there is only one way to build a Tank class.

thats how I like to play my characters different not the norm. I want more mp so i have and it is GLORIOUS.
