    Everyone does have the need option unless I'm missing something, show me one person who doesn't have the option to need on stuff.

    Yeah coz you need to grind out them seals if you want them... You can't possibly build them up naturally though playing the game and running stuff... You know have some progression over a period of time... Shock horror.
