This I can get behind and support 100% . This "skip soar or disband" garbage, not so much

And that's where this comes to a head: skipping soar doesn't require top DPS. It requires a proper opener. That's about it.

It's a way of gauging the group DPS immediately, without needing to go through a whole run to see if you're up to snuff.
