Houses are lost sooner

Do you have to login to keep your house or do you just have to be subbed?

For personal houses, you have to enter the house every 45 days. So yeah, this would require you to keep your subscription going.

I'm not sure what the FC house one is, but I think it's that an active member has to enter the house every 60(?) days?
