    For personal houses, you have to enter the house every 45 days. So yeah, this would require you to keep your subscription going.

    I'm not sure what the FC house one is, but I think it's that an active member has to enter the house every 60(?) days?

    It's 45 days for personal and fc, the only difference is with personal only the owner resets the timer and with an FC house any fc member entering the house will reset the timer.
