I mean, this whole thread is about how nice is kick people for playing in a different way you do.
But don't worry, next time I'll write /sarcasm so you don't get confused. Kick someone for not playing how YOU want is wrong, and it's the most stupid reason ever to kick someone, and for your information, I just kick bots and afk's.

You should actually read the thread before commenting, but I will help you out a bit...

a) Most have said that it does *not* warrant a kicking but will cause the others in the group to look askance at the refuses-to-dps healer.
b) A lot of the comments, my own included, are not from the dps who need to "learn their jobs" but rather from other healers.

And just for these people saying healers are eligible to kick if they don't dps i'll answer : So is the tank taking just 2 enemies at times or losing the aggro of one enemy (insta kick if i take one hit, i mean, how dare he let me take one hit ?? I'm not the tank budy) , so is the dps doing mono target spell when their is a pack of 10 enemies and vice versa. (how dare he do 2k dps when I saw a guy doing 2x better his dps in a speedrun video on youtube ??? WE WASTE OUR TIME LEARN YOUR JOB SCRUB)

With this kind of behavior, when we can force others to do what we want to and this not to just complete a duty but to complete it FASTER threatening people by a kickvote, it's trully disgusting, and so will be the community and the game later on

Well, add to the leeching category the tanks who can't handle the aggro and the DDs who can't deal 2,5k dps the whole time.

For you the 99% of the players are leechers and deserve to be kicked.

I do agree though that people are being a tad silly about what qualifies for a votekick though.

No, leeching is a WAR that doesn't use stacks, and only does butcher block combo and overwhelm, a PLD who only flashes, a BLM who only uses blizzard 1, a BRD who spams heavy shot etc. Do not equate (intentional, non learning) heal only healers to average players, equate them to bad, lazy players like the archetypes I listed.
