But anyway. Couldn't you argue that FFXIV had a optimal/favoured system for a year and it worked fine. No complaints.

Maybe you should have taken your own advice and stopped "QQing" when you had the chance before you helped encourage the devs to ruin a perfectly good system.

I never QQ'd about it. I just don't care. It works fine and I've had no problems. I get naked when I change jobs? Fine, I'll put on other clothes. I haven't found this stressful at all. Mostly just... familiar.
