New craft / gather achievements

The disparity between the requirements for getting the crafting achievements versus the gathering ones (sans maybe fishing, haven't looked into it) is absolutely absurd as they are now.

I looked at the craft requirements and didn't bother, too much pointless grinding. The mining ones should be "catch-up" as you said, but they aren't either. You need min 860 gather because some HW 3 stars are needed to make the total, as well as grinding out all the books. The fisher one is as bad as the craft, you need to catch practically every single fish, folklore included.
