Did they say anything about something like provoke or even blood for blood being split among classes?

I'm 99,99999% sure that provoke will be one of the split skills it would not make any sense otherwise.
I'm not so sure about blood for blood as that has no equivallent for other dd classes nor is it absolutly necessary, but I would imagine that they just throw every overlaping skill as well as all or at lost most of the cross class skills into this pool.
-> Just my assumptions thought, as far as I know they only gave the infos Fevelle linked to.

I would expect some version of damage boost like blood for blood or raging strikes.
I would also expect all the dps getting some version of invigorate.
