I am sorry, but I can't see the reason of this argument. I have some questions for both parts of the argument:

For the no DPS healers: Is it because you get too stressed when you try? No problem, just say so. Most people will understand it and let you be. Is it because you don't feel confident enough? No problem, just say so. Is it because you just think that you should not DPS because... reasons? Ok, fine by me but, why don't you just try? Give it a shot at least, there is no reason to be closeminded about it. This is only a game. If you try and just don't like it I would bet it will be probably for one of the two reasons I said before and, again, it's no problem, just say so.

For the other part of the argument: guys, it is the duty finder. It is fine to offer advise, I myself am learning a lot through it, but some of you seem to be much more concerned with the performance of other people than your own. Why is that? Don't you have fun doing your thing the best you can? If you do then, well, do it then and have fun. Is it that you can only have fun if you are constantly calling out everybody else everytime because they are not doing things as you think the should be doing? Ok, fine by me, but in that case the party finder is your tool to do so, not the duty finder. Is it for "time efficiency"? Well, let me remind you that this is a MMORPG, I mean, it is desinged to be a huge time sink. If you have found a way to feel the illusion of not being wasting time doing something designed to actually waste time then it's fine by me again, however if you expect everybody else to do the same mental juggling as you then you are expecting too much and, again, you can use the party finder for that, no the duty finder.

Yeah it's really fun to actually do things and see your healer sitting down, emote spamming or jumping around in xelphatol.
That's what i call a carry or a lazy player.

Asking healers to heal ? Fine, i've nothing to argue with someone on what the party should or should not do.
Respond something like "i play the way i want" and i will be pissed off. And im not talking about the players that don't respond even once and stay lazy.

The way you want to play is bothering 3, 7 or 23 other people, that's a votekick call.

Well, I play a tank because I enjoy it. I don't care what the healer does as long as he/she is trying to keep the party alive because I have fun playing as a tank, and since that is exactly what I am doing and the healer is doing what is required to keep me doing it then I am perfectly fine and having a lot of fun. We have two tools here: party finder and duty finder. Can you have fun just doing your thing the best you can regardless of how good or bad the others are doing their thing? If that is the case, as it is my case, then the duty finder is your tool. Can you have fun only if everybody else perform according to your own standards? If that is the case, as it seems to be your case, then the party finder is your tool. None of us is right and none of us is wrong, we just enjoy different things. However it is not like we are helpless, we have options: duty finder and party finder. Use them accordingly and we will all be fine.
