Can Red Mage start at level 30?

Where in PotD can we unlock lv30-50 jobquests?

I have no idea why you would want to start at 30 instead of 50. Especially how 40-50 is easily the current most excruciating part of the leveling experience. Just go do a level capped dungeon or FATE if you want to learn the job at lv.30. Having RDM at 50 is one of their best decisions.

For me it is not about the level.
But about keeping job startlevel identical and that starting at lv 50 can mean less story for the new jobs (in comparison to the jobs that will have lv 30-70 story).

Or have Yoshida said that the new jobs will have at 70 the same amount of story quests behind them like the older jobs at 70?
