Using 3rd party tools to call out Box Spawns / Enemy Buffs / DR considered cheating?

Voice Communication still requires
1. Teamwork/Communication
2. Users to look at the enemy player's buffs and debuffs to even call stuff out
3. Need to Visually see animation to even call out things

An advantage is an advantage. If you want a fair match, there should be no any external factors which affect your internal in-game performance.
