I'm not surprised they're doing this, honestly PvPers have no one to blame but themselves shouldn't be so toxic.

I have to ask: Do you PvP? Do you even know any PvPers on your server?
Because I do. Hell, I'm slowly building up a PvP community on Goblin, as small as we are, and not one of my people are even remotely toxic, regardless of levels of experience. I know and regularly match with and against many skilled players and the majority simply just enjoy PvP. We win, we lose, we move on, and all the toxicity people who don't PvP regularly have made up is simply, largely, not there.
Please stop making blanket statements about other players you make no attempt to play with or understand.
Yeah! Maybe now that the atmosphere won't be nearly as toxic at it is now, I could actually check the feast out. The current situation is unsustainable for the PvP-scene as new players are being turned away by the veterans because they are not on par with their standards.
Everyone I know who plays PvP are forced to deal with excessive abuse and toxicity. If disabling the chat alleviates the situation even slightly, I'm happy with the decision.
