What do you guys think? Do you savage raiders prefer more ss or more det?

I try to keep my skill speed as low as possible. Tp isn't an issue now that I play with a nin but I still clip gcds like a madman, I guess because of latency

Edit: I guess I should probably answer the question lol. Unless you have a preference for skill speed, it doesn't really matter how much of either you have. Every BiS build is pretty much going to revolve around maxing crit while meeting accuracy caps
