You can not get HQ 2 if your quality is under 100.

You can not get HQ 3 if your quality is under 200.

If you're going to post some random stupidity to act as a dictator in order to feel good, the Internet isn't for you. Do me a favour, understand what you post beforehand.

but you can..... my Iron Hatchet +2 was made with around 70-80 quality...... everything was NQ mats except for the +3 glue i used
