    That's something I noticed, as well. His attire is easily the most colorful of the Garlean legati we've seen thus far. Gaius and Nael had very simple color schemes (as did all of Gaius' generals), so I'm wondering if Zenos has altered his attire to match the nation he currently rules? That said, Nael and Gaius both considered Eorzeans to be savages, and so they would never lower themselves to adopt their customs or attire. Given how cruel we've heard that Zenos is, I'm curious as to what his reason would be for adapting their dress (which, given how colorful the 3.x MNK specific gear is, his sash seems Ala Mhigan inspired).

    I could've sworn at some point they'd stated that they didn't want the next expansion's zone to be locked out for folks stepping into the game, kinda like how they don't want jobs locked behind an msq wall the way they did with heavensward's drk/ast/mch.. has me curious if this is right with MSK.... ^^; here's hoping.

    Apartments =/= FC/Private housing.

    This answer talks about the apartments system that was recently added. It's likely an answer during the early development of this feature, before they changed it to be a thing in the current housing areas.

    Which is why the image shown at the keynote stated "Reassessment of unused/ineffective actions". I'm sure some of them will be removed, but other ones will be adjusted to be useful.

    I wonder if we will see changes to Rhalgr's Reach throughout the story?

    He's a High Legatus that outranks Nael and Gaius, going by his Yae title, so maybe that's the reason for the more colorful attire.

    My initial thought was "no" and that we'll end up getting some new city that will upgrade where we probably get our endgame. But then as I kicked around the idea more another thought occurred to me. Imagine that as the main story progresses we recruit more Ala Mihgans, acquire Garlean tech, and bring in the other nations and their Grand Companies to reinforce the members of the resistance. Having the Reach grow as we progress and the Resistance grows stronger is actually a solid idea.

    We will probably get a town that grows per patch, that's been "a thing" in ARR and HW, so it'll probably happen again.

    On my screen, it doesn't show the image you're referring to? I guess you mean the one that has part of Baelsar's wall in and the (Garlean?) bridge in the foreground?
    However, I think it looks like a pretty large directed energy weapon was fired through there. I think we could safely rule out chunks of Dalamud ( it looks like the wrong impact angle) or Bahamut's Dalamud breakout (because there's none of the associated corrupted crystallised aether).

    Honestly, I didn't feel by the end of Crystal Tower that Nero had changed his tune at all. His path aligned with ours for a while, that is all. He's still hellbent on proving himself the better engineer than Cid - and I could certainly see getting Omega up and running to be his next crazy plan to do so.

    Where did you get the high legatus part? His military title is simply legatus. And yae isn't a military title it just means he is a member of the royal family in line to the throne. LIke how Varis was Varis yae Galvus till he got the throne from Solus. While Varis WAS High Legatus it is unknown what title is given to High Legatuses that aren't a part of the royal family.
