    Actually Yoshi-P said they plan to raise Savage's difficulty again in the expansion when they ease the rotation of battle classes. So....

    People should actually understand why Creator is considered on quote "easier" than the previous turn. The issue that is present is when they experiment again with this and if people complain the Savage 4.0 is too hard, they will just lower it again. They are never going to get it right. People should be encouraging SE to make three modes of difficulty instead of constantly messing with the state of Savage. This way they can be hard/creative with Savage.

    Or -AT LEAST- add achievements to Savage that would make the fight much harder to pull off.

    Yosh P has stated that he wants to create three tiers but lacks the manpower to do it. It might become an eventuality one day and SE is advertising for new dev positions for FF14 right now but the number of experienced developers with the right skill set and who speak Japanese and want to live in Japan, is limited and so it takes time to acquire new staff.

    Would be awesome if they could forego all that and just start an NA branch of devs that could add more western influenced gaming aspects and could also respond better to community requests.

    This would only work under very specific conditions (otherwise you see things like NC Soft's mess where Korea is ahead of the rest of the world in terms of content along with several other issues). Not to mention this would mean NA data centers and JP data center would need to be further split, which would rub some people the wrong way.

    An additional medium for passing feedback along to the devs would be wonderful, though.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

    Honestly, I feel three difficulties would be a mistake. It's essentially another tier to repeat the same four fights. What I would rather see is two additional fights added and the difficulty scale upward as you process. An example of that might be:

    Alexander 1-2 = Equivalent to what we have now
    Alexander 3-4 = Scaled up, though once again, similar to the current structure
    Alexander 5-6 = Hard mode Primal equivalent or perhaps slightly above
    Savage 1-2 = Maybe slightly above what we have now (As I haven't stepped into A9S yet. I can't say how easy it actually is from personal experience)
    Savage 3-4 = Extreme Primal equivalent
    Savage 5-6 = Closer to Gordias/Midas, though still more forgiving

    That's only a rough outline, however I do think having the difficulty more noticeably progress would help than just adding a third tier of the same four bosses. I think putting expectations at hard mode Primals or a little above that for normal mode isn't asking much.
