I only ever use Baked Pipira on both DRG and BLM tbh, tried SS foods on my BLM (1021SS) and they barely make any difference over how many more crits my fire IV's smash for

Go for max spell speed. Point for point, spell speed is worth about 2x as much as CRT. Make sure you also are at accuracy cap, so if you're below get food that gives that.

If you are set on accuracy, this is probably your best food: Flaugnarde HQ

The most cost efficient food is going to be Baked Pira Pira for DRG. Should be somewhat cheap now, since the new 4* foods have come out
