No, we just remember how the """"hardcore raiders""" got thoroughly exposed the last time the pulled this "too easy" crap. How it very nearly murdered the raiding scene. How there where mass exodus' from servers to get statics to run content. Other statics breaking up left and right due to the stress of the fights. They cried it was too harrrrrrd pls nerf.

That's only normal mode "and" with the restriction to active battle class players (otherwise, the number would be even smaller). 15-20% for "any" Savage encounter seems to be a bit of a stretch considering this...

And this is the part where a 'certain someone' is going to chime in and go on about how they are so hard done by the fact more than a handful of players are finally getting to have fun engaging content!

Well Gordias was Savage / Midas was Savage , they respect the title savage difficult same a scob savage . Creator is called savage but it isn't

I remember Yoshi-P mentioning that one of the reasons why they're starting to move in this direction is to encourage more players to jump in the raiding scene

They dont wanna repeat what happened to Coil back in 2.0 where it mostly catered the 1% which makes sense from a business stand point since if they're gonna cater the 1% thats only roughly 60k (going by 6M players at the moment).
Take into consideration that theres a portion of those 60 000 that unsubs after their done grinding through content which I assume is pretty quick (judging if you spend 16-20 hrs of your day playing the game.)

From a devs point of view, its a balancing act for them to cater the needs of many and cater the needs of the 1%. Cant make it too hard that people shy away from it but not "2ez" that it only takes a day for the hardcore peeps to clear.
