The detracting factor for this idea, imo, is that every other language the name of that quest deals with mountains/valleys. So I'm going with it being the Xelphatol quest and that "the First" is actually a mountain, perhaps THE mountain, the Ixal live on.

It's also entirely possible you're right and EN is the odd one out in giving us a little sneak peek there! So close... so soon... we'll know!

Yoshi also said that the dungeon was going to be early in the MSQ. Wouldn't be surprised if its the second (or even first!) quest.
