This doesn't only affect tanks, though. Granted, tanks have it even worse than DDs but this scenario is a free win for the gold healer 90+% of the time; the remaining 10~% consist of unranked players who still somewhat know what they're doing on the other team.

No matter what, if there's a huge skill gap between healers, the better one usually (!) wins, unless the gap between the other 3 players is even bigger. But that doesn't really mean that healers are too strong, just that the matchmaking sometimes makes it seem that way. I don't really see a fix to this other than The Feast becoming considerably more active/popular and having the "luxury" of only matching you with players of your own skill level - e.g. high gold rated players only playing other golds and platinum; that's how it should work at least, it's simply not possible in the current state.
So from time to time you will have those matches that you simply cannot win.

That's true, but the weight isn't quite as heavy for the other two roles.

Strong dps can carry a team to victory, and the only thing they have to worry about is the healer being decent enough to keep up. Strong heals can carry a team, and the only thing they have to worry about is if the dps is good enough to at least score a few kills. Tanks can't really carry anything, and they have to worry about both the dps and the healer being up to snuff. The discrepancy in skill between them doesn't even have to be that great either. They could be equally mediocre, and the tank is still faced with the deficiency of trying their damnedest to support both roles, while not truly being capable of carrying either. In the end, it still falls down to which team is stronger, but Tanks have to be constantly concerned with the skill level of 2/3rds of the team (role-wise), whereas dps and healers typically only worry about 1/3rd. That would seem to indicate that Tanks just don't have enough "weight" in the arena compared to their peers. Either that, or dps/healers have too much weight.

There are things that SE could do about this, though. They could adjust the point brackets for each tier of rank, for one. They could adjust the point scaling for wins/losses, varying the amount depending on your teammates ranks (Ie: First timers=no penalty for loss on any player ranked silver or above. Bronze = minor point reduction. Silver and up = same as current), or implement a probationary period for new players. They could re-scale the matchmaking like it was in season one (not my preferred option, but whatever). They could "weight" the jobs according to their role. They could give tanks added utility in some fashion ... etc. It would definitely take some testing, preferably in a proper pre-season period, but they have options that they could at least experiment with.
