Of course I don't make a list of + and - for any person I ever play with, it's more of a subconcious thing.
But yeah, I don't care how well someone played, if I don't like their name or think their glamour is slutty, I'm not giving them a comm.
At the same time, if someone is a joy to be with, I don't mind fails that much and will probably still give that person the commendation
Wear the best looking glamour and your probably going to get a commendation regardless of your performance.... Some people take glamour being the true endgame way to seriously.
