4.0 Predictions till Las Vegas

3.5, Ilberd will destroy Ala Mhigo when he attempts to use Lightbringer to repel Garlemald from the city.
4.0s new hub area will be Ala Mhigo Safehold, where the survivors have gathered to rebuild.
New Azys Lla area will be an otherworldly zone with sharks and UFOs that appears to be underwater...
Zodiark will be the final boss of 4.0, we'll fight him in an instance floating above the moon for some reason, called Empyfake Paradox...
It'll be called Bindings of Zodiark...

What? Heavensward pretty much straight up lifted cutscenes from Rise of the Zilart, might as well keep the trend going...

No but seriously, I have just one prediction; The last boss will be a reference to Final Fantasy VII in some way... We've had:

1.0, Nael van Darnus, very much taking a few scenes from Sephiroths play book, right down to the "Meteor Project".
2.0, Ultima Weapon, not specifically a Final Fantasy VII boss, but they did model this version off Final Fantasy VIIs...
3.0, Knights of the Round, need I say more?
4.0, it's going to end with a boss fight that is unmistakably inspired by Final Fantasy VII... I'd quite like a Diamond Weapon, given Ultima Weapon was found under Ala Mhigo, so perhaps other such weapons are kicking around the region... Could end with Garlemald blasting a hole in him with their new MakoEikon Cannon, would set up a conflict with Garlemald for 4.1+ leading up to 5.0 quite nicely... That said, my money is on a Gi Nittak reference in the form of the King of Ruin from Ala Mhigan lore, Gyr Abania gives me a Cosmo Canyon vibe for no well explained reason...
