Are we as players afraid of a challenge?

Yokai Watch event is a challenge.. Even wandering minstrel personally congratulates players upon completion..

But somehow, by saying this i feel like a troll in this thread..

This thing with Minstrel content, is that it starts off as a challenge. Once on farm status, you can almost do it with your eyes closed. Going back to FFXI's challenge before the nerfs, no matter how many times you completed Dynamis, challenge was still present each time you entered. No matter how many times you entered Nyzul Isle, there was a chance to fail.

People were intimidated by some of FFXI's challenges, but they still went in. People in FFXIV don't bother if they are afraid because of the backlash they get from the community if they mess up, videos are almost enforced, etc..
