


I didn't say it was. The entire point of the naming and shaming rule is to prevent witch hunting and false accusations from harming possibly innocent players. The actual legalities of whatever they did are irrelevant. In this case most players are going to view the OP's actions negatively, regardless of whether they technically broke any rules. Under normal circumstances that would fall under naming and shaming, but in this case it is the OP them self... I would find it amusing if the OP gets away with their theft simply on a technicality, only to face a suspension or ban for 'naming and shaming' them self.
