Off topic: The iTunes TOS makes you agree to not use the music app for “the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.” Apple obviously likes to cover all of the bases.
The ToS is intentionally vague. Stealing can be considered griefing, which the ToS forbids under 'hindering other players' or something like that.
FC credits are odd though, all the members add to them by doing various activities. The leader not allowing members to use them could also be considered stealing from them.
Well it must be really a rewarding experience to have you in FC.![]()
why u didnt ask if u were able to buy the portraits? , FC nowaday have tons of credits (800k u said) , ask the leader or some officer , if they have "OPEN" everything to everyone , it looks like a good social FC to stay with ....u didnt "steal" per se....but it was a "·$"·% move.
losing your reputation in that server for some lame portraits isnt worth it
OP - awesome post! - I did something wrong, but it was their fault for letting me!
Tip - don't use this as a defense if you ever find yourself in court - it really wouldn't go well.
Unethical!=illegal.
THis forum is a joke. Really? He said he robbing in a FC and you says with a "DOn't worry you won't be banned"?
This answer a lot of things about peopel aroung here.
Sorry, but what you did has no name.
Not really unfortunatly :/ I work as a sale assistant, I can say to a client that he is a j*** it's unethical of course, but he can't sue me for that ^^"
Other example it's unethical for a doctor to refuse new clients but hey, haven't been abble to find a new ophthalmologist and can't do anything about it, legaly speaking :/
Well technically most of us do not approve what he did, most saying it's bad, robbery and that he might never find another FC again (and maybe should not but that's not the question) but, regarding SE policy he might not be banned not because it's not bad what he did, but because SE does not interfer with FC's business.
So no, he won't probably be banned BUT it is a shame that he won't cause he totally deserves it.
The leader did not restricted the permission probably because he trusts his teamates not to do such a thing. He should have waited to ask permission (which would probably even have been granted, a lot of FC don't know what to do with their seals anymore)

People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.
Well technically he didnt didnt rob, since he had permission to use stuff all he did is use stuff as he had permission for, so speaking of robbing no is not right
What he did is morally disputable very disputable doing something while knowing you will go right after it and using credit for his sole personal use is also morally disputable, nothing else. So no is not a bannable offence, but I sure wish it was though as that shows a lack of integrity and respect and of course blattant breach of trust.
