It's their fault for choosing to pick a stacked job. You know it's crowded, yet you willingly subject yourself to it. Where I stand, you have no right to complain about the lack of healers. Nothing is stopping you from running one....Are you seriously-
*deep breath*
Okay. The most popular job is white mage. But guess what? That other 77% of the pie is all fighting over them. Not to mention healers just don't queue in-progress when leveling. Not only do they not have to, it's usually not worth your time nor is it worth the risk of joining a party that was dysfunctional enough to lose their healer in the first place. You clearly have no experience on this topic and, logical fallacies aside, cannot be taken seriously until you have actually dungeon grinded a dps from 15 to 60. Seriously, you're trying to disprove your elitist attitude of thinking you're above everyone else because of your role by trying to downplay its demand and it is just downright silly.

If you're a WHM in Antitower, you owe it to yourself and the party to at least use the swiftcast Holy + Assize combo to immediately break out both DPS when Dollhouse is used the first time. It immediately frees both DPS, assuming they're close enough to each other.
It's actually hilarious how a WHM can break the dolls faster than actual DPS classes. WHM burst damage is insane, to the point where I don't understand why any WHM would ever use Assize while not being in Cleric Stance (except for certain raid situations where you need that instant cast AoE cure). 300 potency AoE damage is up there with the likes of Dragonfire Dive and all.
Haha when I switch to healer I was a little worried about that. But then I decided that if I try to outperform every other healer I meet I should be OK to get with a solid group.
I'm not sure if statics appeal to me yet. I kind of like the randomness. If you have a specific goal in mind it works. But then it's like a routine. Routines are too similar to real jobs to me lol.
I wonder why people keep arguing with what at this point can only be considered a troll. There's an ignore function on this forum, you know?

You've got that backwards, you're not for them. There's not a static in the world (that can clear) that would let you play with them unless you change your playstyle. (well unless you paid Gil for clears)
I've seen main healers dropped for not doing enough DPS, let alone zero. Though, to be honest, I've NEVER seen a healer do zero damage in an endgame raid.
Even when we only have one healer and 5 DPS, he still DPSs. Because it matters and in the early stages means the difference between a clear and a wipe.
Also I don't even understand what you're arguing about anymore.
We already established that:
DPS>No DPS and DPS makes a significant clear team difference (with facts and logs and statistics and players who actually have real experience)
Good Healers do DPS
You aren't 60 and have zero end-game experience so your opinions aren't really relevant about how to play your class optimally

I don't so much argue my point as I just "one and done" it. My 2nd main is a WHM. I do wicked damage and heal crits for days. If I can do both then anyone can. I think Tsumes is just a lazy healer the more I read into all of this. More productive to argue with a tin can on the side of the road asking why it let its owner discard it there in the first place than to discuss progression and evolved methods with someone so narrow-minded.
