Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

Players who choose to not PL have a use for all levels of gear.

I already stated that in my post.

You would have made a nice point, however it is nullified by the simple facts of human nature. Please don't make me explain this, as it has been covered at least ten times in this thread.

Oooh, afterthought. See below, too. This is just one of the many ways people have said the exact same thing.

You throw a exploitable mechanic in a MMO, and expect players will not exploit it.
