The real problem people seem to think is that the bad players could get better if only they had the proper encouragement whether you try and form it through a positive or negative reinforcement system the fact of the matter is that 90%(Made up statistics for lulz) of "bads" are bad because they just don't care to play to your standards 100% of the time or don't care to learn at all.

The only form of reinforcement that can be had with these people is within the community but due to the anon function of the duty finder it's impossible to enforce any sort of social norm of actually trying to play the game instead of running around on auto-pilot. This is just the sad reality of what this kind of system attracts for player quality. No amount of grades or meters will resolve this issue in the duty finder the only solution is to not use the duty finder but that's not going to happen as people are addicted to the convenience but unable to swallow the bitter medicine of the quality of players they are bound to find.

When the backbone of your games content encourages just mind numbingly grinding the same content your bound to not only find inexperience, bad, and new players but you also get the subsect who are literally zoned out and going through the motions to complete a task they have done multiple times in the same day/week/month.
