I feel like this post was rather unnecessary. The forum is a place where active players come to speak(if they care to) about X matters. X active players stating(in a passionate way) that they are unsubbing is still a loss no matter how you slice it. No one is saying they represent the general overall populace. But then you also have people that just quit or stop logging in. I'm at that point myself where my sub will just die and that's it. I only logged in for raids and even that is pretty much broken now due to how unrewarding it feels. I don't know active sub numbers. You don't know active sub numbers. But I'm sure we can both agree it's not even close to how things were in the past. If that's not an indication of things going south, I don't know what to tell you.

And what's wrong with some communication to your playerbase? I don't really approve of the "language barrier" thing when you're in the field of MMO. It's one of those things you should prepare for. A translator. Someone on the team that speaks X language as well. Perhaps that's just my way of thinking though. Some suggestions. Good. Bad. Whatever. Someone -at the very least- could say "We'll look into it" but there's not even that sadly. As I mentioned, I'm not even asking for them to do that for every topic. It just helps your player base know that they're not being ignored.
