    Wood Wailers descending from the treetops, God's Quiver forcing you to dodge arrow barrages yet try to stay on the platforms or else you would fall off and have to run all the way back to the beginning.

    Would finally give those knockback skills a use in dungeons if you can use them to knock Wood Wailers off the edge to down below so you could bypass them.

    I like Hullbreaker Hard, chiefly on account of the tigers. Tigers are awesome. The smack talk from the various pirates and Maelstrom members was entertaining too.

    I found it entertaining, it is the 1st dungeon that made me feal like I was going to slow (which I was try'n to Speed Run pull it... so damn it I'm going as fast as I can NPC's) as for the 1st boss I always go PLD as tank so I just use Cover on the healer while DPS burn the Courel down (unless the tankable adds arrive then I grab them 1st & run back to Cover range, luckly it resets in time for 2nd Courel). my only gripe is with DF groups not knoing to stack the Blizard Aoe's on one side so we can dodge the explosion after.

    The Keeper of the Lake (Hard)

    As part of the Triad Story, Regula wired the Agrius and sent them plans for "Slave Crowns", based on the Nuerolinks as the Immortal Flames attemp to out them from Silvertear. The Flames were captured and became the test subjects and means of escape, with wierd happenings up to and including the Sultana's disappearance, the WoL is tasked to return there. Midgardsomnr, Unukalhai and Pippin offer assistance.

    The whole thing will be an Escort mission where the party and Pippin head through the Agrius to get to the bottom of this.

    Trash 1: Crabs, Brainwashed Flame Soldiers and Garleans
    Boss 1: Hyperion (Einhander bird armed with A Collosus' sword as well as several Firearms). Mechanics will include Divebombs, Non-leather Twisters and Conflgrations alongside Cerulium Tanks that have to blow up to damage the boss.
    Trash 2: More brainwashed Flames, More Garleans and Gilded Reapers and Gunships
    Boss 2: A Gauntlet must like the thead's subject. A boss consisiting of "Trash", but this with Garleans. A Gunship will bomb the place as the ads go form simple grunts to Reapers, to Colossi which can confuse the party members, as well as getting Damage buffs if certain as aren't burned down in time
    Trash 3: Note the lack of Garleans as you fight off against Kikiri, Dancing Wolf and Swift.
    Boss 3: Magitek Neurolink Type-N-UN (A reaper "piloted" by a certain Lalafell) and Neurolink General R-A (Guess). While the former boss will use supporting attacks and heal the latter, the Genreal will use several Ifritesque attacks on the Tank and Pippin. There will be include several Swords that must be destroyed, The Nuerolink will use AoEs at random that will silence or Paralize players. And a computer that Pippin and the Party must destroy to end the fight. The final Mechanic involves Pippin proviking the General off the Tank and distracting the bosses while the Party burns own the computer, while Keeping both Pippin and the Tank Alive. Pippin's demise triggers an enrage where the General repeatably spams "Immortal Flame" without warning an the Nuerolink stuns the party for 15 seconds.

    I rather like Hullbreaker HM, and I like it much more than I do the original. I like that they tried to do a few different things with the boss fights, and Ymir actually requires paying attention, but not to such a degree that it's insurmountable.

    The bits of flavor dialogue from the pirate captains and other Maelstrom members are great, too.

    My only complaint is that we didn't get to go toe-to-toe with Merlwyb at the end.

    I really liked it. It felt different to me , context wise. Challenging a new training ground and having old friends come together to take you on. I found it fun and different. But to each their own

    Because Hullbreaker HM use the same theme as Halatali HM, and that is "Battle Arena".
    I only hope that also Gridania get a Battle Arena dungeon some day.

    as a normal dungeon boss? thats more like a savage boss quality.
