To expand on this some:

Stats with Heavensegg and both FC buffs will be: 891 Craftsmanship, 848 control, and 382 CP. The main problem here is the CP gimping due to the need to use Heavensegg to make the stat requirement. You could probably modify Rath's a bit, but you won't be able to use MMII, so that limits you a bit.



You will need >5000 starting quality to hit 100% HQ if everything goes perfectly. I'm just not sure it is worth the risk.
