How or why isn't it a viable option? Because people over priced them? because you don't have enough gil to pay that much? Plots are for sale, its about how willing you are to go that extra mile if you really want it. I'm not gonna say whats right or wrong, about buying and selling land between people, but if you have enough gil, you can get what you want.

What's right and wrong doesn't matter. What's allowed and what isn't does. Those overpriced house sales aren't allowed.

So then whats overpriced for say, a small house. 5mil? 7mil? What about 10mil? Where is the line drawn and how much are you willing to pay until its "Over Priced".

They set the 'maximum' price on it they expect people to save up and pay for one already. Anything over that is overpricing. Whether or not it is 'astronomical' might be more subjective but in terms of overpricing they have already said what the maximum price should be. House flipping aka buying just to resell at vastly inflated prices is against the ToS as evidenced earlier in this thread and there is already proof also that people have been punished for doing it.

Well thats good. Glad you guys are getting restetution. Guess you'll have to wait 6-8 months for the next round of wards to come up.
