Everyone and anyone can slice the problem how they want. You can report people and report buyers and do as much as you want, but in reality, nothing is gonna stop people from selling, and nothing is going to stop people from buying, especially on high pop servers. We can sit and have moral discussions on how people act, but at base level, it was SE's fault for not having enough land for people. But I pose the question? Is it really they're fault? Why does SE have to give anybody a house? The short awnser is, they don't, they don't owe you anything. I think people need to get over whatever problem they have with housing. Its not the end of the world. If you quit because of it, welp, see yah later, or maybe in a few months if you come back, I'll be over here playing the game.

Well actually they do how would you feel if they said only the first 2000 people could play Warrior. Houses pre update, yes they gave the message that they didn't want everyone to own a house by making prices high. If this was still the case then they should of increased the prices higher not lower. Plenty of examples i.e relic where it shows them locking content behind time sync to show they don't want everyone owning things straight away.

Also people who like roleplaying, gardening etc. To them owning a house is as important to them as you getting your next piece of armour or whatever your favourite thing is.

And thats fine and dandy, but I still can't have everything I want either. I want to get a i245 weapon from beating A8S, but I'm not there yet, and may not even win before it becomes irrelevant. Even in real life people have realise, they can't have everything, and this is no different. You all just seem to think that because you pay the sub, you have more right to get what you want, but I feel like that is not the case.

It's very different, though...Not a good comparison. Even if you want your i245 weapon but can't get there because it'd take you too long to do this at your pace, you still have the possibility to get it if you work for it. It would have been a good comparison if people were complaining they can't get houses because they can't raise enough money to get one. It's still achievable if the person puts the time and effort.

In housing's case, it's not possible, even if you have all the gil in the world, because there's no more land. Buying a relinquish is not a viable option either. So, no. It's not the same. Because even when your i245 weapon becomes irrelevant, you'll have ilvl 250, 255, 260 and so on that you'll be able to aim for. Meanwhile, there will still be no housing for those who want it.

Plots are for sale, its about how willing you are to go that extra mile if you really want it. I'm not gonna say whats right or wrong, about buying and selling land between people, but if you have enough gil, you can get what you want.

What's right and wrong doesn't matter. What's allowed and what isn't does. Those overpriced house sales aren't allowed.

So then whats overpriced for say, a small house. 5mil? 7mil? What about 10mil? Where is the line drawn and how much are you willing to pay until its "Over Priced".
