It's actually just the last tier of Ixali dailies, since the 7 listed dailies are all tied to the area around Camp Dragonhead.

As far as I know, the new tokens will likely be bought with red scrips, with similar prices to the current tokens (50 scrips/token). Possibly reducing the amount of scrips needed for the current tokens, too.
