Roegadyn Children?

I find it hilarious that the Lalafell "children" in the Ul'dah starting story look almost identical to the adults. Which also begs the question at what point Lalafells "come of age" so to speak.

I thought they are grown in a garden. The sultan tree isn't just a recreational area, it's where the sultana grows her successor.
