Roegadyn Children?

I find it hilarious that the Lalafell "children" in the Ul'dah starting story look almost identical to the adults. Which also begs the question at what point Lalafells "come of age" so to speak.

In Idyllshire there's the Roe and Lala taking a smoke break where the Roe mentions that the Lala is hardly twelve summers old and hardly a grown man.
