Seems to be polarising.. some people think warrior is fine, some think it's definitely too strong.

Warrior has a stance which increases crit rate, right? and dragoon has party crit buff? do those stack?

They do, but never for the maximum duration of the buff.

War's get a passive stacking crit buff of 2% per stack of Abandon. They max out at 10% with a full five stacks, which is when they're "Uncontrollable." That passive crit buff only lasts for as long as they have that status, though. As soon as they use Fell Cleave and burn all their stacks, their passive crit buff gets reset to 0. So, the amount of time during which Internal release/Battle Litany overlap with the Uncontrollable status is actually quite small, but the burst potential is astronomical.

War's maximum crit potential is when they are Uncontrollable, so having even one additional crit buff (battle litany or even Internal Release) greatly boosts their odds of hitting a Crit Fell Cleave. It's for this reason that you can see War's string together 3 Fell Cleaves and get multiple critical hits (sometimes all 3), but typically score less critical hits overall when compared to a Pld (who gets more crits on average with their auto attacks then any other Tank). The potential burst is extremely high; however, they are never using the full time duration. It's also pretty difficult (if not impossible) for a Drg to time their Battle Litany for a War's burst in solo-queue, due to the lack of voice chat. For that reason alone, slotting a Nin with a War is almost always the better option, because the slashing damage buff the ninja gets is far more consistent over the course of the match.

That said, PvP is all about burst potential, not damage over time. So, War's still get the best usage of these buffs, even if they're miss-timed a little.
