I don't know of any others off the top of my head, but the new cid outfit is male only with no female equivalent as far as I know.Except... as far as I know, all male-only pieces have a female-only equivalent. That's the problem. We're not saying "make all female-only items unisex", because several of them (swimsuits, yukatas, EB ceremony outfits) already have male versions. We're only talking about those female-only outfits that don't have a male-only variety.
How many men am I involved with? Well that depends... do you mean men as in males? Or just midlanders?
The Minfilia outfit? That's the closest one to compare, though that one includes exclusive hair too. The guys are ahead in raw numbers from the Scion outfits on Mog Station but redressing the balance via paid add-ons is a questionable trend at best.
Minfilia, Yda, Y'shtola, and Lightning are female only.
Cid, Urianger, Papalymo, Thancred, and Snow are male only.
Ironworks is unisex.
So yeah, right now males are actually one up.
In the cash shop. To make up for being however many sets behind in normally available glamour sets.
Mostly I'm just laughing my ass off at how many players with female characters are suddenly up in arms about equality after years of saying "just Fantasia into a female" while the issue wasn't affecting them.
あっきれた。
Furthermore the Minfilia outfit comes with a unique hairstyle. The Cid version doesn't (though that's hardly a surprise when feminine/adrogynous sets soak up much of the attention).
IMO. I like gender lock.

Not really. The vast majority of people subscribe to traditional gender norms. It's very much a vocal minority who are pushing for that to change - and rather than agreeing to a compromise they're pushing for everything to made accessible to everybody which in turn limits creativity and the pride that comes with being a specific race or gender.
