i seen the gender gear unlock they demand every set unlock but how to far. look a guy run around rabbit suit look not good. second human gender is different. this who we want this unlock first off your not speak for majority of players your speak yourselves. third where do you drawn the lines. let be honest this i want everything unlock I said that gender are different let face they are different in rl too. as i said before tried make female armor look good on males will be sloppy if they take what look like on female and copy and paste what look like on males.

Too far is too far when you decide is so. Each of us have a different level and no one has the same or near not the same. What is your problem exactly ? that a male wants a female dress so ? that a female want a male ? and so what ? if you have the choice then you can decide what you want to do with yourself you cant decide for the rest, if you dont have the choice then you do with what you have. They can unlock everything as far as I am concerned. Since you brought up RL.. there is no gender lock IRL, you may look odd but there is nothing to prevent it. :P

I was male char for like 2 and half year before I changed to female then back to male then back to female again, even on female I REFUSE to use bunny ears or those bikinis, simply because I wanted to make a miqote that looks different than most and not wearing stupid bikini when you are tanking, honestly that's my own taste so I wont judge others who do it, however you have said it, spot on... the ratio for female vs male gear is pretty low on the men's department. There should be more male gear since females get a ton of them.

Its not the fact that guys are not allowed to crossdress that is bothering me more, its the fact that during ARR the developers started releasing more female only outfits per patch then males, this unevenness is what is bothering the majority of us who are demanding for male outfits.

When Golden Saucer was released they released the Setzer and Bunny outfit, one was uni-sex while the other was female only, what should have happened is: The setzer outfit is uni-sex and a female and male version of the bunny outfit or Setzer outfit is male and bunny outfit is female.

Now to the social norm that people have been raised with that makes them uncomfortable this is their own issue, they should not force players to follow their own rules. Give players the choice of freedom, if a male wants to dress as a female, let him, if you dont want to dress as a female, the choice is there to not dress as one.

What bothered me more is that after all the complaining and requests, they decided to release another female only bunny outfit. Remember the Halloween outfits? Females get unique chest item and males get the same outfit as the Hildebrand chestgear + pumpkin acc.

I think in terms of acceptance by society, that depends on where you are from, how you were raised etc. For myself, I accept that people can wear whatever they hell they want. That said, I think in terms of development time, the devs need to consider how popular a certain combination will be. For example, if only 2 people want to wear a bunny suit on their male characters - that may not be worth the dev time to create the skins. Yes, they would need to recreate the skins, as the male and female bodies are different in size/shape etc.

I don't think that should be taken into consideration at all if we're going to simply go the route of unlocking everything. Did they take into consideration how many females would actually glamour the Best Man outfit or the Thavnairian bolero? No, they just made them unisex options from the get-go. Even though neither one seems to be all that popular on females as compared to other more feminine equipment, you can bet "the girls" would throw a fit if they were to lose those options. Many of us with male characters just want to see an equal number of options as our female counterparts have, whether we choose to use those options or not.
