I'm getting rather weary of these threads. You do realise that there's already a huge amount of gear that male characters can wear that can be described as 'feminine' or 'adrogynous', right? I'd actually prefer to see more gear that is designed for male characters first and foremost because that is where the real shortage is these days. I fear that if the developers take these sort of threads into consideration it just gives them an excuse to continue designing gear that is feminine or androgynous first and foremost with masculine gear as a secondary, neglected affair.
Threatening to riot over such an issue is silly, anyway. If you despise the game so much then maybe it's for the best to go elsewhere?
It started off nicely but then you started listing items which are already made into male and female counterparts. <_<1. Bunny Crown

Probably because we are wanting for equivalents for gender-locked gear, but the norm ends up being that a number of female pieces have no equivalent for males while male pieces usually have a female variant or they're unisex (usually being the keyword, not always the case).
A number of people are fine with the locks, but not with the lack of equivalents, while some would rather do away with locks period. Personally, I fall into the former category; if they had equivalents like in GW2, it would be nice..

I prefer more gender and rave locked gear/hairstyles/emotes/etc. Gives more variety and a reason to be that specific race and gender, and helps set people apart, making things more unique.
Yes, there should be more gear that is male-locked, but removing all racial/gender locks is a bad thing, Imo.
Edit: and OP, if you want credibility, remove all the gear from your list that does have equivalents for both genders (which is at least half your list, actually)
Looking at the list again, you list a bunch of the female-locked gear and leave out their male-locked equivalents. Seriously op, you need to remove those, or, if you absolutely have to include them, add the male-locked gear as well. Can't have females unable to wear something if males can't, can we?

Please, no. It's bad enough seeing half naked Roegadyn-Dudes everywhere. It would be worse to see them in dresses T_T
I think you misread the rest of my post, and even that of the OP. He wants the locks removed so crossdressing is possible, I stated in my post that SE not having equivalents was the only wrong thing. It's not just with gear either though, people on here also seem to want hairstyles to be for every race/gender, they don't want anything to be locked to certain types of people. It takes so much from them as individual races and genders, and just ends up being dull with no special things bound to them, save for ears and horns.Probably because we are wanting for equivalents for gender-locked gear, but the norm ends up being that a number of female pieces have no equivalent for males while male pieces usually have a female variant or they're unisex (usually being the keyword, not always the case).

Nah, keep your fetishes out of the game.
