I prefer more gender and rave locked gear/hairstyles/emotes/etc. Gives more variety and a reason to be that specific race and gender, and helps set people apart, making things more unique.
Yes, there should be more gear that is male-locked, but removing all racial/gender locks is a bad thing, Imo.
Edit: and OP, if you want credibility, remove all the gear from your list that does have equivalents for both genders (which is at least half your list, actually)
Looking at the list again, you list a bunch of the female-locked gear and leave out their male-locked equivalents. Seriously op, you need to remove those, or, if you absolutely have to include them, add the male-locked gear as well. Can't have females unable to wear something if males can't, can we?

Without such uniqueness, ones gender or race becomes effectively meaningless.
I mean, it already is, stat-wise. Why they even have differing racial stats with no weight to them by the end is beyond me.
I'd like to see more racial gear. More genderlocked gear.
Absolutely give an equivalent to the other races and gender. I'd never dream of people feeling left out.
But homogenization of everything ever isn't the way to get people to feel included.

Racial/gender stats being mostly meaningless is something I'm OK with; end game would only be populated by female Moon-cat healers, male Highlander/Xaela mnk and drg, male sea wolf tanks, female duskwight smn, and so on. Very little variety would be the norm there.
Cosmetic differences, with slight stat differences, is the way to go imo

I personally think they should just remove stat differences for races altogether. It's pretty pointless and only serves to confuse new players who don't realise how little it affects anything.Racial/gender stats being mostly meaningless is something I'm OK with; end game would only be populated by female Moon-cat healers, male Highlander/Xaela mnk and drg, male sea wolf tanks, female duskwight smn, and so on. Eh, I think it's fine as it is. Lets min/maxers min/max (they're gonna spend millions of gil on that extra +3 crit anyway, which is worth a lot less than being the preferred race), but also allows you to do what you want without worry (I know even the top progression statics don't have everyone on the ideal races for their job, but the option is there if you want it)
My main is technically best race for my main and secondary jobs (highlander, war/drg. To be technical, sea wolf would be a few HP better for war [same dps though] but worse for Drg by that 1 point of str) but my alt isn't (duskwight, drg/whm...I am considering changing him to xaela, but it's more for cosmetic reasons than the extra str and isn't a good whm choice either).

Please, no. It's bad enough seeing half naked Roegadyn-Dudes everywhere. It would be worse to see them in dresses T_T
Nah, keep your fetishes out of the game.

@PArcher
Yeah, you're right. I just think it was an unnecessary feature. I've had new players ask me about it and then we're confused at how little difference it made. I guess it keeps everyone happy though. ^^
To be fair, many new players don't know what a tank/heal/dps/<insert other role here> is. If racial stats are their biggest cause of confusion, I'm happy lol
