The roe population isn't big like miqote, and you rarely see them at DF so it won't hurt if you just see 1 of entire roe wearing dress.

That should be said to those asking for the crossdressing. Japan is still in the process of accepting such things, and while they have anime and such with crossdressers, they are usually of a humourous nature. The one crossdressing moment within this game itself was for humour purposes. It took alot for them to even have same-sex marriages put into this game, and to allow gambling. It could be years before they allow crossdressing to be a norm for their people, if ever in the life-span of the game.
