As much as I'm all for equality, there has been thread after thread about this subject, and I'm pretty sure SE are aware of it.

And I still can't wear the Thavarnian Dress, so clearly they haven't gotten the message yet.

Or they haven't got around to implementing it yet because they are focusing on the next patch.

Not everything revolves around people's personal requests. There are other things to be implemented too.

Almost every MMO has gender locked gear with little to no complaints, I don't get why it's such a big deal in this one. The only mistake they did for it was to have female only gear with no male locked gear to go with it. I bet if we even have this gender lock removed, the same people complaining will find another really minor problem to 'riot' about.

Please also remember this is a Japanese based game and their own views of cross-dressing needs to be accounted for.

Gender-Lock will be removed after they ceated a male model of it (to make it less girly), so it will look like another gear designed for males and not males in female gears

I agree. I'd actually rather have equivalent pieces that are gender locked. Variety!
