I always put mind like ”It's not my fault it's others fault". From there I don't blame myself and can enter any PF freely.

Why? As other said, some players are impatient, some inexperienced, some less skilled, and if a player makes a mistake everyone else is affected. If I die as healer in a light party we all die. If I try but can't move fast enough out of some telegraphed attacks we all die. If I can't keep up with damage to tank because I had to keep healing a dps-->have to burst heal a lot-->get low on mana-->weak mana pots are on cool-down, it gets stressful. Similar issues exist for (new/less skilled) tanks and dps. I like the solo training missions for group play, but they need more with faster/harder content so folks can practice w/o subjecting strangers to their shortcomings. Even just what they have now on a "hard mode" would work, where telegraphs happen faster/their attacks come quicker and the like.

Why does it bother you so much what others care about, or choose to discuss on a message forum?people feel the way they feel...what does it matter to you how they feel is beyond my understanding. There is certainly nothing to come in here and ask such a silly question on how people feel about themselves + basing a judgement on words without knowing them in-depth or at least personally is well silly
Why would you even read the thread, much less post to it? Why not just skip it and move on to something that does interest you? Because you feel that everyone else needs to know how you, MeiUshu feels about their topic choices? Is it a self-importance thing?
Do you even see the irony in you posting what you did?
Probably not.
Honestly, this is probably people just trying to preempt the dungeon speed runners who lash out at any pull that doesn't go perfectly or as fast as they want. They have probably dealt with a lot of ugly behavior while learning their role and this has damaged their self-confidence in their role. For a lot of people it is less painful to just accept you cannot do something well than to try, fail (or perceive failure), and get castigated for trying.
People need to realize that it is up to them to achieve their own dreams! To ascend and to crash through the barriers set in place by all non-believers in oneself! So long as one has faith, one can do anything! If I wish to fell cleave through time and space, I can do it! Inspiration doesn't come from others so much as it comes from one's heart, so that no matter what everyone has the potential to give themselves the very faith they need! It requires great practice and even greater faith in one's self! I was once a little kid with a stick in one hand, and a dream within my heart, and now I stand before the great primals with axe in hand and fell cleave in mind! Anything is possible, if only you believe in yourself! I've completed my goals and now it is time for the next to complete their's, and all I can do now is leave behind inspiration for those who will follow in the path of the warrior. So Strike out, young star! Burn bright and flourish in the hope of your dreams! T ^T

Because of many players' mentality to blame anyone else but themselves when things go wrong.
As such, the players who are not ignorant about their own mistakes start fearing they are the bad players and start "warning" the people they are with about a possibly poor performance so as to seem less inept (in the eyes of others.) They grow more anxious and self-conscious about their play style, taking the responsibility upon themselves whenever something goes wrong, and thus allow the truly terrible players continue to live in a bubble of deluded bliss.
The cycle continues.

I think "believing in yourself" was a 90's kid thing; Nowadays people get wounded by cyber bullying and want to call the police whenever their parents give 'em a spanking.

This thread gave me an idea. For those who are insecure because they are new/less skilled/need more practice, why not give them more/better chances to work on fundamentals solo? I know I would love to see this.

Based on what I saw (and do) it seems to be connected to experience. I play with the people from my FC mostly, and there's a difference between the people who have been playing this game for a year or more (me and two co-founders), people who have other mmo experience (one of my best friends, another co-founder, another member), and people who have no experience with this kind of game whatsoever but have been playing for less than a year (another of my best friends, for example).
There's also that thing that when you already have low confidence in your skills and in comes someone and utterly RUINS you with verbal abuse because you make a mistake while learning the class - the reason I'm super insecure as dark knight is exactly that, although I'm getting over it and much better half a year later (and as paladin). No one's ever nitpicked at me when I'm around as dragoon, hell, I even made a party of "oh nooo, a dragoon" people shut up in sheer horror because I refused to die even tho they didn't heal me at first. But when I tank I basically sweat buckets, focus on keeping aggro and CAN'T see what people around me do. So if someone else deliberately pulls a mob and expects me to pick it up from them, there's a 70% chance I won't notice. Had a Stone Vigil party break up after the first mob because the healer decided to saunter off, pull more mobs, and then died because I was busy dodging frontal cones because going after the aoeing mob so the tank can stand still is out, I guess.
