What's with the lack of players that believe in themselves?

I'll just keep this simple: Other people aren't you and you aren't other people. It also doesn't help that there are professional raiders in MMOs and forum boards who live for tearing down new players for the slightest errors or lack of "efficient" DPS.

I had a living example of this earlier today in the form of a tank who yelled at this BLM for not knowing the mechanics of the 1st boss in Amdapor City Hard, then got extra ticked off because the BLM didn't say he was new, and then when I said "Maybe you could tell him the mechanics?", said tank said the BLM should go learn on his own or watch a video.

I always thought "perfect" players in dungeons was a myth until today.
