It comes out as 2762 strength with dervy's stat weights. Haven't seen anything higher than that yet but I'd be happy if a set with less skspd and a higher weight was posted.

With a nin, mch and selene the ToD, bootshine, true strike, 2nd demolish, fracture and every ogcd inbetween will be fully buffed by b4b, ir, pot, hypercharge and trick.

The only turn it changes in is a6s where you use howling fist after the first demo so it is up again to hit 3 of the blaster mirages. It is nice on a8s too since it will allow you to dragon kick the steam regulator right away.
