    I hopped the german version was the right

    ・Der Schaden wird dem Gegner nun direkt und ohne zeitliche Verzögerung zugefügt.
    Die Reaktivierungszeit wurde von 10 auf 90 Sekunden verlängert.
    Dieselbe Reaktivierungszeit gilt für alle 6 Zauber!
    The damage is inflicted on the enemy now directly and without delay.
    Recast time raised from 10 to 90 seconds.
    The same recast time is for all 6 spells!

    That looks right to me. Which makes the matter promising.
